Refund policy

FINAL SALE ON ALL SALE ITEMS.

For regular priced items, our ONLINE return policy lasts 14 days (for items shipped) from the day your order was shipped from us to you.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  If you purchase an item in-store, our return policy for regular priced items is up to 7 days.  If you are picking an item up curbside, the item must be picked up within 5 days which will give you 2 days to return if the item does not suit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, tags in tact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

**  Non-returnable items  **

Final sale on sale items, damaged/worn items, gift cards, underwear/intimate apparel, hats, SALE ITEMS or PROMOTIONAL discounts (ie black Friday, Boxing Day Blowouts, Clearance sales)

Christmas Exchange Program effective November 15th to December 24th - All purchases during this time frame can be exchanged for another item or for store credit until January 7th of 2024.  Items must have original tags, unworn and with a receipt.  Exceptions are intimates, underwear, cloth masks. These items remain final sale.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at acquisti.life@gmail.com.

Sale items:

Sale items are FINAL sale and not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at acquisti.life@gmail.com or call us at 613-434-2106 and we will discuss options.

Shipping:

Shipping costs are the customers responsibility. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Acquisti Life, 515 McNeely Ave. Unit 2, Carleton Place ON K7COA8, Canada

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be YOUR cost.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
