Shipping policy

*Update - effective October 2024 - our shipping rates have DECREASED!  

Our shipping rate is a flat fee rate of $15 for all standard weight and sized orders shipped within Canada under $150.  We offer FREE shipping on orders $150 or more.  We will use Regular Parcel - 7 Business Days by Canada Post unless there is an expedited option via Flagship within our standard shipping rate.

An additional fee may be applied to overweight orders (items like home decor in excess of 5 lbs or over sized items). You will be notified of this prior to shipment. NOTE * Some home decor items can NOT be shipped due to their size and weight.  You will be notified of any items not eligible for shipping.

Once your order has been processed, we will arrange shipment within 2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

You will be notified by email with your order confirmation and tracking information.

Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and peak times such as holiday season.

You may cancel an order at any time PRIOR to processing at our store by calling 1-613-434-2106 during regular business hours. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policy for easy returns.
