Shipping policy

Our shipping rate is a flat fee rate of $20 for all standard weight and sized orders shipped within Canada under $200.  We offer FREE shipping on orders $200 or more.  We will use Regular Parcel - 7 Business Days by Canada Post unless there is an expedited option via Flagship within our standard shipping rate.

We do not ship home decor.

Once your order has been processed, we will arrange shipment within 2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

You will be notified by email with your order confirmation and tracking information.

Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and peak times such as holiday season.

You may cancel an order at any time PRIOR to processing at our store by calling 1-613-434-2106 during regular business hours. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policy for easy returns.
